-This set of handcrafted chairs and matching 16″ side table and plant stand is designed for aesthetics, durability and comfort.
Learn about the hardwood used on these gorgeous chairs-
I use only select African Sapele Mahogany on my outdoor furniture. This wood is known for its gorgeous mahogany grain and insect/weather resistance. All sections of the chairs have carefully selected matching grain.
Marine grade hardware will out-last-
The hardware used on the set is quality (stainless steel. Every screw head is carefully recessed and seamlessly covered with handcut mahogany plugs which are trimmed flush. The result is a flawless clean look with no exposed hardware or nooks for water to settle.
Low maintenance finish-
Finished with a hand rubbed blend of Linseed Oil and Marine quality varnish which showcases the grain as it penetrates and protects the wood. Unlike most outdoor wooden furniture that is ruined when the varnish crackles, this chair only needs a few minutes of attention once or twice a year to re-apply a thin coat of the oil blend to retain the original luster and beauty of the piece. Some clients choose not to re-apply the oil and opt for the beautiful and rustic silver coloring that occurs over time.
