Sirén protects her atelier floor with large high-quality canvases and paints most of her other work splashing paint on the floor. These protective canvases pick up all splashes and drips, also working as mixing pallets and brush cleaning cloths. This ensures that no paint is going to waste and as little as possible will be washed to the sewer. All paints in these beauties are leftovers from other paintings!

These paintings are thoughtful accidents. Sirén plans where to paint with different colors and where to clean which brush to make beautiful, very different Pieces of her Space. Most of the shapes emerge naturally as Sirén works on top of the canvas for a few months.

You can always ask for a commission piece based on some of my previous work. Every painting is a unique piece of art, but I can use my previous work as inspiration and color and style reference.
