10 DESIGN has rejuvenated the urban realm around DIFC. This includes the design of a series of new urban pavilions that provide boutique F&B offerings and the redesign of streetscape with public art incorporated, thereby encouraging pedestrian connections with the surrounding areas. Since its completion in Q2 2019, new cafes and restaurants have gradually livened up the area.
