Inside Mercedes House’ located in the Grand Salon in the heart of Brussels is a Resto-Bar named ‘WY’ run by two star Michelin chef Bart De Pooter. Belgium designer Franky Claeys designed the in-house restaurant that enhances the Mercedes experience beyond cars and paraphernalia. The design concept for ‘WY restaurant’ is based on an orange and black version of the Mercedes SL 65 AMG series. The kitchen is entirely set stainless steel, that provides both food and entertainment for the guests. The back wall of the kitchen is clad with huge video screens, which feature promotional videos and fed live streams of the meal preparation.
