Nancy Purvis is a quilter and artist living in Albuquerque, NM. Always a creative, it was not until publishing her quilt book, Quilting from Every Angle, that she noticed what fascinated her most was the design process and the patterns found within the quilts she was making. It was the very tactile nature of hand-making, exploration of pattern making, and digital manipulation of art and pattern that sparked her interest in visual art and surface design.
