"I strive for ambiguity, simplicity, and timelessness."
My artistic journey began when I discovered that my drawings were appreciated by my mom. Instead of reprimanding me for drawing on the walls, she guided me to my walk-in closet, which became my first makeshift studio. This early encouragement set me on a path of artistic exploration. I further honed my skills through formal education, earning a Bachelor of Fine Art from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, and pursuing graduate work at Tufts School of the Museum of Fine Art. Additionally, I had the opportunity to practice in one of the largest artist studios on the East coast and served as a Gallery Assistant for Gallery Naga in Boston. I’m currently working from both my home studio and community studios at Water Street in Batavia Illinois.
