"Vibrant art inspired by the things that make life beautiful"

My first memories are of colour -- a canary-yellow balloon my parents bought for me when I was two, a cherry-red tricycle, a shimmering aqua swimming pool. Colour can make memories more vivid and transform the mood of a room or an experience. It is powerful! In my work, I like to build layers of translucent acrylic colour and other mixed media to draw the viewer into a piece, often using complementary shades and bold pops of colour to build drama.
